Older adolescents on the labour market of Burgenland

The aim of the study is to improve the situation of older adolescents (between 20 and 25 years old) on the labour market of Burgenland. Therefore quantitative and qualitative analyses of the background of their unemployment were conducted. Based on the results recommendations for action were derived. Furthermore an additional aim of the project was to highlight opportunities for improvement concerning the support through counsellors of the Public Employment Service Burgenland.
