Evaluation of the EURES activities of the Public Employment Service Austria: The satisfaction of customers of the EURES services

The evaluation of EURES services was mainly based on the analysis of the satisfaction of EURES’ customers – job seekers and companies seeking personnel – with the services offered. The central part of the study was formed by results of a representative survey among EURES customers, both among job seekers and companies. A total of 340 job seekers and 301 companies from all over Austria were surveyed.
