Accompanying Evaluation U25 – Viennese Youth Support

In January 2021, the City of Vienna, Municipal Department for Social Affairs, Social and Health Law (MA40) and the PES Vienna started the project U25 with the aim of improving the labor market integration of 15 to 24 year olds in Vienna.

Young people and young adults need special support when moving from school to working life and in the first years of employment. By bundling the services under one roof and creating a cross-organisational one-stop shop, integration into the labour market is to be facilitated and access to support and services simplified. In addition, the quality of support is to be improved and a more efficient exchange between the organisations involved is to be made possible.

In the first phase, L&R Sozialforschung was evaluating the U25 together with prospect Unternehmensberatung. The evaluation has the character of an accompanying evaluation and was designed as an interactive process between the evaluators and the persons responsible for the U25.
