Do you use electronic payment methods and digital financial services?
The Austrian National Bank has commissioned a study to be conducted by L&R Sozialforschung. In an Austria-wide survey, we want to gain insight into the use of electronic payment methods and digital financial services (such as online banking, online transfers and online payments). The survey targets all persons aged 18 and over living in Austria, regardless of whether they use such services or not. The aim of the study is to enable barrier-free access to digital financial services for all.
