Presentation of the New Europe-Wide ‘Women in Rail Report 2025’ at a Conference in Brussels!

European rail companies are implementing measures to improve gender equality in the rail sector on the basis of a joint social partner agreement. The extent to which this has been implemented was assessed by L&R Social Research in a scientific study. New facts and figures on gender equality in the European rail sector are now available! The new Women in Rail Report was presented at the final conference in Brussels.
