Online Survey in STEM Companies: How are Family, Leisure Time and Care Responsibilities Reconciled with Work?

How do STEM company employees reconcile family, leisure time and care responsibilities? What support do they receive and what framework conditions exist regarding the reconciliation of unpaid and paid work?

These questions are addressed in the EU-funded project “Equal Care @ Work – Companies with Responsibility for Work-Life Balance”. In an Austria-wide online survey, we are compiling information on the experiences of employees, managers, company owners, works councils and HR representatives in STEM companies and departments.
