News from the L&R Team

30.07.2026

After more than three decades of dedicated and tireless work, Andreas Riesenfelder has handed over the reins to Lisa Danzer. We would like to thank him for his exceptional commitment and wish him all the best for this new chapter in his life!
At the same time, we are delighted that Lisa Danzer, a long-standing research associate at L&R Sozialforschung, is now also a member of the management team. Lisa has extensive expertise in quantitative social research. Her work focuses on the design and implementation of large-scale empirical surveys, statistical data processing and analysis, and the evaluation of complex datasets. She has many years’ experience in impact assessment of social and labour market policy measures, as well as in issues relating to the work-life balance.

We would also like to welcome Maximilian Pfanner as a new member of the team. Maximilian Pfanner studied sociology and philosophy at the University of Innsbruck and philosophy, politics and economics at the University of Salzburg. At the University of Innsbruck, he worked in the research and teaching department. At L&R Sozialforschung, he is primarily responsible for carrying out analyses using the statistical software R for quantitative calculations, data analysis and graphics.

We look forward to continuing to work with Lisa in her new role and to working with Max as our new colleague!
