Contribution with Impact! Employee Involvement in Elementary Education

What opportunities exist for employees to contribute to elementary education? To what extent can participation improve working conditions in the field? How do these opportunities relate to participation in democratic processes in general?

These questions formed the basis of a qualitative study, which we conducted last year on behalf of the Vienna Chamber of Labour and in cooperation with the Austrian Trade Union Federation.
