Evaluation of Outplacement Foundations in Vienna focusing on a successful re-integration into the labour market

The aim of the study was to refine Viennese Outplacement Foundations in order to enable a faster and more efficient re-integration of participants into the labour market.

The study was conducted in cooperation with the independent social science research and consulting institute abif – analysis consulting and interdisciplinary research. To be able to involve different points of views, a mixed method approach was used, which contained qualitative as well as quantitative components.
