MINT (STEM) the Gap!

The occupational and educational landscape in Austria is still characterised by gender inequality. In this context, women are underrepresented in almost all professions in the STEM field. Given this background, the goal was to identify both barriers and supporting factors in order to make STEM equally attractive to all.
The results of the study commissioned by LEA - Let's empower Austria will be presented and discussed in an online event.
