More Women* in the Rail Industry!

By means of an online survey and nine focus groups, a detailed picture of the proportion of women in the railway industry can now be given and the framework conditions for women in the railway industry can be presented in their diversity. In fact, there are still many kilometres to go before equality is achieved - the goal of the Agenda Railway Industry Women*.
